The Score scale
Every property scores from 0 to 100. Five tiers tell you exactly where it sits:
Fool's Gold, 0 to 49: Looks good on paper. Doesn't stack.
Bronze, 50 to 59: Edges of viable. Bring a sharp pencil.
Silver, 60 to 69: Honest middle ground. Negotiate well and it becomes a Gold.
Gold, 70 to 79: Solid bones, clean numbers. A second viewing makes sense.
Nugget, 80 to 100: Hunted, scored, and handed to you. Don't overthink it.
